"Very happy with Icon. Entrance and access were convenient and easy, location very good, with bus stops within a 2-3 minute walk, the Lido/Cassarate area only 12-15 minute walk, and downtown only a 20-minute or so walk. The building was modern, and accommodation was very nice. Murphy bed very comfy, good kitchen and a very good bathroom with a rain showerhead. Nothing but nice things to say...we really loved it! "

"It’s a nice hotel. It’s pretty easy to get to and from the train station, but it cost five dollars each way. But if you really need to get there in the next morning, you have to make plans in advance. Otherwise it’s not as timely. The room looks great and easy to find the shuttle. I would stay there again."

The breathtaking views overlooking Lake Lugano made every moment of our stay feel special. We truly loved every second of it. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful throughout our visit. Their hospitality felt genuine and heartfelt rather than forced. Even team members who didn’t speak English well made a sincere effort to answer our questions and ensure we felt welcome. A special shout-out goes to the restaurant manager, Firas. He is a genuinely warm and hospitable person who went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. His attention to detail and dedication to guest satisfaction did not go unnoticed. I’d also like to thank the wonderful lady (did not grab her name, afternoon shift) at the front desk, who was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to recharge, relax, and immerse themselves in beautiful natural"
