Unfortunately, in spite of a very expensive repair, their elevator was not functional. The place and the people were so nice, and the room was wonderful, so I was able to overlook having to climb the stairs in spite of my disability.

My reservation was for a Premier room. The photos online showed a gorgeous room, with windows overlooking the town square. When I arrived, I was taken to an attic room 3 flights up. Elevator only went to the 2nd floor. They put me into a sparse family room with 4 twin beds. And only one skylight and a tiny oval window way up high. Windows only accessible by standing on the bed or on a chair. When I asked why I didn't get the premier room I made the reservation for, I was told, "We didn't think it mattered, we thought you were with the wedding party that was already booked because you are all Americans ." EXTREMELY dissatisfied and disappointed. No other rooms were available and I asked every single day. Stayed 3 days. Worst stayr ever. DON'T RECOMMEND.
