"Very difficult booking the shuttle service and getting information about the hotel. The shuttle we scheduled never arrived and by the time we figured out how to get to the hotel (hours later), the restaurant was closed and the pool was only open for another 30 mins (and the pool was the reason we booked the hotel). "This is one of the best resort we come back to every year. We tried a more expensive one not too far from Moon Palace because it had 5 stars all across the board and NEVER again will make that mistake. Everytime we come here they get better.
