"We stayed recently and had such a wonderful experience. The property was clean and the well maintained and the food was amazing. The staff were by far the best part of the experience. Ramon at the pool and Alfredo at the bar were always taking care of us and made us feel right at home. We’ll definitely be returning."

"Super clean well maintained beautiful property. Great food and had one of the nicest beaches in Cancun. No issues with seaweed. Kept it very clean. A little slow the early part of the week but by Thursday lots of stuff going on."

"Wonderful property and staff, kids enjoyed the kiddie pool a lot, food was excellent. Room service was amazing and housekeeping was also on point. Great for family! Beach was not great for walking etc due to seaweed in June but all rooms are oceanfront which was a big plus. Our room was on level 9 so the view was pretty good. :) We had been to Hilton cancun a few years back and this one felt slightly better overall EXCEPT hilton has a better beachfront area and cleaner/wider beach.(& donut shop by the pool.) ..but Mind you the hilton cancun beach is not as good as zona hotelera beach though. My only wish was a dryer room for expediting drying of damp cloths but there is enough sunlight on most days. lol. and the shops had airport/resort pricing so was pointless to buy anything discretionary. Okay to take tips in dollars imho definitely have an extra budget as most of the staff was really helpful, kind and sweet!"

"Great Hotel, friendly helpful staff, great activities, we enjoyed all white party, painting Mexican hats to take back as souvenirs and love that they have a lounge style area bar and music playing. I also am lucky that the hotel was not too crowded which made it feel so much more luxe. Will definitely recommend and come again.."
