"This property needs huge updates, no security cameras, people can access into building, room needs updates and smell like vomit!! Staffs are not friendly. We will not come back. Mixed messages with check in times. Online said 4p. And the door in the room said 3p."

"Overall, the hotel, lobby, and common areas felt a bit dated, but the room itself was clean, which was the most important thing to us. One thing to note is that the walk from the lobby to the elevators is fairly long, which could be challenging for guests with mobility issues. However, there are accessible parking spaces located near an exterior entrance with convenient access to the elevators. A major plus was that we didn't hear any traffic noise from I-5, despite the hotel's location....

"Upon entering the room we found a used wash rag with hair on it. I don't think the bathroom was clean. I found long hair on the front of the toilet. .I told the lady at the front desk. She asked me if I wanted her to take it out. Why would I want it someone's dirty linen in our shower? She finally came and got it an hour later. She didn't even use gloves. . The rest of the room seemed ok. She never offered me anything but more wash cloths. The night person was amazing. William...

"Did not receive the room I booked. The room smelled, they said they would do extra cleaning the next day and that never happened. I have stayed there before but this visit was disappointing."
