"A bit finicky to get to the property itself and find parking to check in. Otherwise a very clean a spacious place, 2/3 the cost of other options in the area. Easy walking distance to the Market and the downtown Ottawa sights."

"Only negative is the couch was old, carpet was throughout, on the 3rd floor washer and dryer were older. Upgrade would be great. We think maybe bc dogs are allpwed the couch was not in the best shape. Everthing else was great. Bed and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Parking is tight if you have a high vehicle but std suv is fine."

"When I asked the front staff for extra facecloths, they told me to help myself to the shelves of clean towels at the end of the hall! This may seem trivial but it’s an issue at almost every hotel I stay at, to get extra anything. This place goes the extra mile with the extras. Our suite was fully stocked with anything a kitchen needs & then some. We felt like we were at home."

"really disappointed cause we had pay an extra to get a breakfeast in the morning before leaving but there was no space available and we needed to go to work. We didn't get refund even if i ask the employee at the front desk and we had to go eat in another restaurant. I would not go back."
