"We stayed at Le Jardin Hotel in Lisbon for just one night during a layover, and it completely exceeded our expectations. The rooms are absolutely gorgeous — beautifully designed, comfortable, and spotless. Super easy check-in and very comfortable bed. Wish we could stay there longer."

"The staff at Olissippo Saldanha went out of their way to help us. They recommended restaurants that were in easy walking distance that were exceptional!! Staff were helpful and knowledgeable. They helped is arrange airport transportation that was reasonably priced and the driver was kind. "

"Visited with family, including 2 teenagers who love football. It's a short transfer from the airport - around €10 in a standard taxi. There's a fab supermarket across the road and the biggest hypermarket I've ever seen is over at Colombo Mall. We used Alto dos Moinhos tube to get around the city - although Google Maps always suggested one that was farther away. "This was, by far, one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. The walkway was ancient, rundown, and felt downright unsafe. The rooms? Beyond outdated—borderline uninhabitable. To make matters worse, the lift was old, creaky, and felt incredibly unsafe. How this hotel ever received a rating of 8.0 is beyond comprehension. It’s shocking and unacceptable that Hotel.com would allow such a misleading rating to stand. I trusted your platform to guide me toward quality stays, but this was a complete disaster. You seriously let me down this time. Immediate action is needed—both for your customers and your credibility. I’m reconsidering ever using Hotel.com again after this debacle"
