"I had a very nice stay here for 2 nights. The staff were accommodating and courteous. The room had a cockroach which my partner killed, but overall, the room was clean. The hot tub was sufficiently warm and clean. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of pastries, fruit salad, fresh waffles and sausages. Room was quiet, but the cable service had limited channels."

"Disappointing stay overall. We booked a two-bed suite for three adults specifically because it advertised a sofa bed, but were told at check-in those had been removed during renovations. They did waive the cot fee, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, things went downhill from there. After our first night, housekeeping stripped all the beds and towels from our room as if we had checked out. After multiple trips to the front desk and over two hours of back-and-forth, we finally had all three beds made—but still had no hand towels and no replenished coffee supplies. While they did waive the resort fee, the experience was frustrating enough that I can’t recommend staying here. The rooms and pools still feel dated despite the refresh. The restaurant and hiking trails were nice, but not enough to make up for the service issues."

"Hi, I used the inn for work. TV is not the best, remote control didn’t work but it’s probably just batteries. My biggest “complaint” about everything is that there’s no staff on site during the night, so if there’s a problem I can’t call anyone. "

"Clean and nice grounds for the hotel. Would've preferred a room facing the interior pool and gardens rather than the freeway but still not too bad. Was told the EV chargers were non functional on check in but one still worked so two cars could charge."

"We were first time at the property. It was super clean. Just the staff could have provided us with a better view which was told to us when we booked the property. Other than that I would give it 100 on all other areas"
