"The hotel was fairly clean in a decent neighborhood, but when we went to check in at 3 o’clock, our room was not ready until 430. We asked to speak to a manager. They tried to contact us once when we were at dinner and no one ever contact us again we should’ve received a discount on our room as it was an hour and a half later when we got to check in.. and one of our rooms they Air Conditioner died in the middle of the night and it took us an hour to try and switch rooms"
