"We were really impressed with this hotel. Great location. Pool was good too (just beware it’s 3m deep!) and not a fight for a sunbed. The bar at the pool was reasonably priced and the unlimited brunch was excellent - just a great touch that made it feel premium. It was generally very clean but the bathroom looked tired (but bear in mind this was September after a busy season) and I’m not sure our bedding was changed in the 6 nights we were there. All in all, we’d absolutely rebook this hotel and would recommend it to friends and family."

"The location is great, the pool is great, staff is okay, and breakfast is really bad. Parking is slim and expensive. Room is nice & renovated but smelt very bad. I suggest getting a room with a balcony view to at least have a room with a nice view because the smell was not good."

"We had an amazing stay during our trip to Mallorca. Friendly staff and beautiful amenities. The view from our balcony was breathtaking. One note for travelers, I strongly recommend that you research Malaguf before booking. If you are looking to party, this is definitely the spot to be. If you are looking for something a little quieter, perhaps a different location is best."

"We felt like we got lucky with this hotel. We did take a junior suite which was extremely spacious and more than suited our needs for the holiday. It’s fabulous how you can turn one way and walk into a choice of pools and yet turn another and you can swim right into the sea. We were there outside of school term holidays so I can’t talk for what the hotel is like when children are there but we found it extremely peaceful and well appointed – one observation however is that there are no USB charging points which wasn’t a problem as we had plugs with us, but it’s something he would expect from a four star hotel. Location was absolutely fabulous with wonderful bars and restaurants within easy walking distance plus the bus stop outside leads straight into Palma within 35 minutes."

"Generally it is a wonderful hotel, and great location. Special thanks to all staff ( Tatiana!). We stayed in Star Prestige and enjoyed it. There is one strong negative though, - the stairs to sea are really not looked after, half broken, they needs to be replaced! Many elderly clients, and it is a majority, could not enjoy swimming for this only reason. It is unacceptable for a hotel of this level. We are mobile, but still had difficulties..."

"the was super helpful and the breakfast buffet was amazing. location was great, lots of good restaurants nearby to try local cuisine."
