"The hallways smelled like old towels, my room needed work, the sofa chair was filthy with visible stains and something left from a previous guest was left on it, and the elevator was extremely slow (people opted to use the stairs because of this). This is not the fault of the hotel, but there were also a couple of instances of guests having some sort of domestic disputes close to 12 am and 3 am. I have no complaints about the staff. They were fine. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again."

"Wonderful stay for my friends birthday.Janai at front desk was exceptional in getting birthday care for the room and assuring a waterfront room. Janai and my friend shared the same birthday. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. Will be my new getaway spot."

"Loved my stay! There were some water stains on top of the room which I would guess is just cons of Maryland weather since I was on the top floor. But the breakfast was great, which is hard to find after Covid and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. Also the room itself was a classic style with trees outside the window so I didn’t worry about privacy, even with the shopping center so close!! Definitely would recommend and will be staying again."

"Perfect location if you’re visiting the National Harbor. Rooms were spacious and well attended. Starbucks next door. Tons of dining and entertainment steps away. Reasonably priced for location. "
