There were some staffing shortages that led to some hiccups, but that was situational and shouldn't be a problem moving forward."

Tim and Ginny’s communication was excellent, and they were even kind enough to provide a travel cot last minute as we had ordered one ourselves that we didn’t think would come in time (although it did in the end).
