"Great hotel. Room was beautiful and comfortable. Location is great in nice quite spot away from crowds but located close enough to major spots like St Marks (2) min walk and Rialto bridge maybe 10 minutes. The staff is absolutely amazing so kind and friendly from front desk to bar tenders to bell man and breakfast service they are truly wonderful. "

"Wow! This B&B is located in the middle of everything! Shopping, restaurants, activities are literally just 5 steps away! We were greeted by Cosmin, concierge/bar tender. Checked us in and offered complimentary drinks of our choice. We appreciated that! We chatted with Cosmin a little bit. He’s very knowledgeable of the area, culture, food, and very polite. We felt very comfortable :) The only time we saw Cosmin or any of the staff was during our check in. But, that’s expected at any B&B, unless you need something else. We didn't, so we are good! Our room is large. There’s a small veranda where guests who smoke can use/go to smoke. No elevator, but that’s expected given that this property is very old and has a lot of history. We loved the old vibe! There’s a lot more to see and do! We wished we could stayed longer! I would definitely recommend staying at Palazzo San Luca in Venice!"

"Great hotel in a central area on the Grand Canal. Beautiful decor. Rooms spotless & well equipped. Reception staff really friendly & helpful. Rooftop bar had great views. Didn't take any meals here but plenty of options nearby. "
