"I don’t know if all the rooms were the same, but I’m especially grateful to Marnie for giving me a brilliant room. All the space I needed with a shower that had hot water that was properly hot. Included a great breakfast. I’d definitely stay again if/when in the area."

Things to remember, they don't do breakfast but there are cafes and a hotel across the road for breakfast. The room was clean and well stocked for staying but a little dated. Very comfortable bed. "We had a very enjoyable stay at the Kippen Inn. The staff were friendly and helpful and we enjoyed a lovely cooked breakfast each morning. The bar and waitress staff were really helpful in helping us with some bags and even getting us some scales to weigh our luggage for a flight. It was much appreciated. The bar area was fun to to have a chat and the food was very good. The bed was comfy and the shower had plenty of hot water. In our room it was a combined tub and shower so that may...

"The best hotel we have ever stayed in. Cromlix is situated in a lovely setting, each room in the house has been tastefully decorated and dressed. All the staff are so friendly and welcoming and put you at ease from the very beginning. The food options are a step above for evening dining and at breakfast. Could not fault it a superb stay that we will cherish for the rest of our lives. "

"Lovely new property - had everything you needed and very spacious. Only thing was we couldn’t find instructions for the cooker and to put the hot water on but we nipped over to reception and they were helpful (with the hot water and we worked out the cooker!!). Fabulous stay and would love to come back!"
