"Charming historic hotel which has very recently been refurbished to a very high standard. The team at the hotel are very friendly and professional and the food is excellent. There are lots of walks around the hotel in the grounds and the lovely town of Callander on the doorstep. Is dog friendly too and highly recommend / also has a link to the Beatles and has a Beatles inspired bistro which is lovely."

"This was a very cute little inn above the pub! That definitely gave the stay character, unfortunately it meant the noise could be heard from the pub below. This really wasn't a major problem though, as around 10:00 pm it was all but quite. The property is very convenient and right in the down town! The staff were fantastic! Very helpful and made us feel welcomed!"

The owners are wonderful people who prepared a 5-star breakfast for our family and complemented it with friendly conversation. "Lovely new property - had everything you needed and very spacious. Only thing was we couldn’t find instructions for the cooker and to put the hot water on but we nipped over to reception and they were helpful (with the hot water and we worked out the cooker!!). Fabulous stay and would love to come back!"

Received a lot of snow our first night and decided to walk down to the little in at the bottom of the Mountain for breakfast which was amazing. The hot tub and fire place were great. The host met us when we arrived. Directions were great but we weren’t sure we were in the right spot. "
