"Room toilet did not work the whole night. We had no where to use the restroom. No one to contact for assistance. We had to wait until morning when the office opened. We were told we would get a full refund by Joana (desk representative) but per Expedia they denied the refund or even a discount. Very unsatisfied with the service. Left messages and management has not returned call."

"Our 3rd time staying and nearly perfect again. The property is looking a little dated in comparison to others in the area but the location and setting make it worth it. Would recommend the buildings in the high 40’s if you want a quieter area and the top pool is also very quiet in comparison to the main pool area (almost a private pool just for us most days!). Highly recommend the property and we will be returning in the future"
