"AmericInn Mountain Home, Arkansas is a very nice motel. Built in 2023, our room was good as new, clean and everything worked perfectly. Comfortable beds. We had a room on the second floor (there is an elevator). There is no ice machine on 2nd floor, but there IS a nice reading nook with books and a chair where the ice machine would have been. "Toilet was plugged, staff offered me a plunger, fixed the next day but room was not cleaned. No Creamer or sweetener for coffee. AC had some noise. The breakfast was limited, omelets were fair, milk was tasteless and of poor quality limited yogurt options. Elevators worked some of the time. The check in manager was pleasant. I stayed at this property last year and was pleased however after this years fiasco I will not be back and will not use use this chain again."

"Staff was helpful. Room was in great need of work. Obviously neglected for far too long. The overall appearance of the entire place was that of a run down business that has not kept up with standards and expectations of what we believe most people like. I would never recommend it to anybody. "

"There was ample parking, easy walk to Casey’s in the morning to grab coffee/breakfast. What’s provided wasn’t great. It was clean and had the basics, no frills but you’re not paying for anything more than the basics. I’d stay here again for the price."

"Temperature control was ok. Jacuzzi was actually pretty good but the wood on the steps and floor are failing due to water--doesn't look too safe. Needs to be replaced with vinyl planking--would make it easier to clean and more sanitary. The bathroom was terrible--needs repairs and redo--caulking, tile, controls, etc. Very bad. The room in general was poor--needs walls repaired and painted, electrical outlets replaced (the one by the window actually has a wire coming from UNDER the outlet...

"The desk clerk was pleasant and friendly. Our king room was very clean, with plenty of seating, a large table, mini fridge and microwave. The area around the hotel is very clean with picnic tables and a nice swing for enjoying the outdoors. We also thought the location was perfect, close to restaurants and sight seeing adventures. Keep in mind it is an older hotel so the rooms interior and design is a bit dated. But, the mattress was great, the shower was good and that’s all we were after. "

"Checked in Friday night. No sheet or blanket on the bed. Next morning got them delivered but no housekeeping Saturday. Had to get key card reprogrammed Saturday and Sunday when it quit working. It was in my pocket all by itself, not near phone or credit cards. No housekeeping Sunday either. Had to get fresh towels myself. Found power cord for clock and lamp spliced together with electrical tape and wires exposed. I expected old and worn for the price but this was unacceptable."

"Cabin was clean, beds comfortable and linens were clean. The cabin does not include coffee or water - bare bones. I would have like more flat surfaces in the bedrooms to place personal belongings. Adequate charging outlets. Phone service is sketchy but good wifi allowing internet calling. Not within walking distance of eating areas but there is a convenience (mostly fishing) store next door open during reg business hours with great coffee.
