Excelente hotel. Muy buena ubicación, lugar tranquilo y seguro. Lo mejor del hotel es el personal de servicio. Bonifacio que trabaja en el restaurante no puede ser más atento y nos hizo sentir como en casa, que suerte tener un empleado así. Hasta nos dio unos truquitos para combatir mi reflujo, si lee esto muchas gracias por todo y sus atenciones. Especial mención también a Darwin que nos ayudó con las maletas y todo lo que necesitamos. Esperamos volver pronto!

The hotel is beautiful but the rooms do not have the same quality. I switched my room twice because the top safety latch was broken on two rooms .

The only strange thing was when checking out I had to sign a paper stating that I had not used any beverages or food in the room. There was no notice in the room that there was a cost for the use of any of those items.

Far from a 4 star hotel as rated, nice lobby but very outdated rooms with carpet in bedrooms, weak AC, there was no hot water on 2nd day but was refunded remaining days when asked to cancel due to no hot water.

Room was cleaning everyday, the cleaning staff were excellent and the breakfast was really good everyday. There is 3 malls very close to the hotel, also a variety of restaurants with really good food.

Very outdated property. Internet speed was close to inexistent. The first room had a troubling cigarette smell, and the sound at 6:15 AM from loud music from the pool woke us up. The keys to the room would work once or twice and then we had to go down to the lobby to get new ones.

Breakfast is pretty good. Nice pool and jacuzzi with bar location is pretty good priced accordingly expected a nicer bed for a 4 or 5 star

The hotel is beautiful, very clean, nice area, close to the mall & shopping center. The doorman and cleaning service were great. Now I will say that when I arrived I felt discriminated the moment the staff saw my passport said that I was born in Colombia with American passport I was put to the side and they took care of three other people that did not have a reservation & they made me wait & I sat down and waited until they were ready as I saw I wasn’t being called I stood up & then they did my check in. I was given a room # and door key & I had to ask what floor and how do I get there & doorman said he can help me and took me to my room. I asked for help in getting a taxi & was told to ask outside.

Employees are so friendly and helpful, margarita, Claudia, bonifacio, Jorge and Alexis from cafe Royal they were above and beyond amazing service, thank you so much we definitely recommend this hotel .
