firts night was terrible in a small room, our reserved room wasnt available by the time we checked in, they gave a small room with view to the air conditioning room and told me that the next day in the afternoon they will transfer me to the reserved room, but i paid my overall stay for huge with a city view. they just said the next day, we dont know why the night shift gave you that room, No even excuses !!!

Bueno pero....

Excelente habitaciĆ³n, buena ubicaciĆ³n, pero lleno de niƱos deportistas que hicieron ruido toda la noche. AdemĆ”s me cobraron impuestos que jamĆ”s me habĆ­an cobrado cuando reservo por hoteles.com, cosa que me parecio injusta.

Justo lo que necesitabamos

Piscina 24 horas, buen wifi, parqueadero, desayuno abundante, buena ubicaciĆ³n. Realmente tiene todo lo que se necesita para una estadĆ­a corta, dias en los que vas a moverte de un lugar a otro, o un fin de semana de compras. Definitivamente volveremos

Pros and cons

Pro: Lobby clean and simple. Help with luggage check in and out. Good buffet breakfast. Great view from room and roof pool area. Room is clean and nice. Con: lobby to elevator need to climb one and half of stairs. Sheets and towels not changed three nights just remake bed. Traffic noise starts at 6am is heard from room.

Para mi necesidad, fue una excelente opciĆ³n por precio, localizaciĆ³n, aseo, servicio, restaurante, piscina y en especial por la acomodaciĆ³n en una misma habitaciĆ³n de 4 adultos en camas todas independientes, lo que es casi imposible en otro lugar; esta configuraciĆ³n podrĆ­a alojar hasta 7 personas en 3 camas queen y una sencilla que fue el mobiliario que muy acertadamente nos ofreciĆ³ el hotel.

Friendly folks in Cali

The traffic was a bit loud but we got used to it quickly. The Hotel seem to be very central to the area and safe. For us I just can't say enough about the people that work at this hotel they are amazing , we have never felt so welcomed

A world traveller

We booked a room in this hotel because we were using their venue for an event and it was convenient. They have pool access, the room was a bit old style but otherwise big and comfortable. The elevator is a bit slow and the arrangement of floors are a bit weird, like our room was on the 6th floor but the elevator stopped between the 6th and 7th floor...but the housekeeping lady is very fliendly and all staff are very friendly and servie oriented. The breakfast ended at 9 am sharp so there was no opportunity to sleep in if you did not want to miss the breakfast that was included in the price...

Great Hotel

I had no issues with the hotel. It was easy to check in and easy to check out. It was close to all the places I needed to be. I used the pool one day and it was clean. I used the hotel solely for sleeping and had absolutely no problems. I will stay there again next month.
