"The property as well as the room were very poorly maintained. The room had a mildewy smell. Small dead roaches near the bed. Outlets without covers. The only positive is the private pier."

"This place was awful. The front desk is never staffed, instead they have a phone number on the front door to call if you need help. I saw multiple people trying to check in by calling the number and then just leaving. The room was very moldy and musty smelling and there was a large gap at the bottom which let multiple pests in during our stay. Where the fire alarm is supposed to be there is just a base with duct tape over it, which with my 10 years of experience working and managing hotels, I'm...

"The room was clean, cozy and super cute! I was able to text or call the hosts whenever I had trouble finding the lock box for the key to the room. The only issue was there was no hot water while we were showering. Other than the hot water issue, everything was perfect."
