"Quiet atmosphere. Breakfast was typical with few added items. Updated equipment to manage on your own for pancakes etc. Pleasant staff; greeted with smile and hello. smooth registration on line and front desk. Rooms clean, towel fluffy, linens crisp and white. Stayed 2 days for my observation."

"This was an amazing place to stay! We were treated so well from the moment we checked in to when we checked out. There was a complimentary drink upon arrival, chocolates on our bed, and a morning tray brought to our room. The grounds were lovely to walk around and the view from the tower was spectacular! Each room has a different crystal color theme. We were in the Malachite room. The food at the Opal Restaurant was delicious and well presented. I would definitely consider staying here again if...

"It was hard to understand the lady at the check-in and there was a confusion on the billing and she gave me a room that was way down the hall on the main floor that I had to walk with a brace and cane to let my dog out that made it very difficult the beds were very uncomfortable the pillows were hard as a rock but overall we sucked it up it was only for one night. I have stayed there a few times and had no problems with anything but I guess it is what it is."

"Clean room, comfy bed. Food from the lounge was the highlight! I ordered the bacon cheddar burger and it was one of the best burgers I’ve ever had."

"Friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Breakfast included was so good... from fresh make your self waffles( gluten free options too) miniture omlettes, hash browns, amazing chicken sausages.. bagels/toast, muffins etc. You name it they had it. Always clean and kept refreshed. Lots of parking and conveniently located!"

"Very disappointing stay. We booked a Family Suite and had a terrible experience. The sofa bed was broken and uncomfortable, one AC was expected to cool two separate rooms but the second room stayed hot, and the windows were permanently locked. The beds were itchy, the room was poorly lit, and overall it felt outdated and poorly maintained. When I asked the front desk for an extra mattress, I was told there wasn’t enough space in the room.
