"This was our 3rd or 4th time at Sunset Vistas. Sadly, it will be our last time. These rooms are "dated" to put it mildly. Mold around the bathtubs. We told the front desk person. She just shrugged and said, "The rooms are scheduled for an update." They wouldn't clean up the mold nor would they change our room. Not enough room around the pool... very congested. Drinks are waaaayyyy too expensive at their bar. In short, there are better options than Sunset Vistas."

"All rooms here have balconies with a gulf view. We loved that! The pool was not crowded and loungers were always available (though our visit was the second week after Easter, which is a less busy time). Our room was spacious and well maintained and beautifully decorated. My only complaint is the tile floors throughout started out dirty and just got dirtier throughout the week (mostly due to sand coming off the beach). A full cleaning of the unit is only offered on day 6 of your stay, since we...

"This was our 5th year staying here and it is still our favorite place to stay! Convenient, clean, and a great place to take kids! "

"The room and entire property was very clean! They had staff cleaning around the clock to keep things looking great! The walk to the beach was very short, less than a block. Finding the parking garage was a little tricky, as it is off Avalon St, not well marked, and tucked underneath the building. Once we found it, there were no issues. We tried to check into our room 2 hours early with no luck. We came back again just 5-10 minutes before 4pm check in time, and we still needed to wait until 4pm....

Communication was excellent—clear, prompt, and the instructions were simple to follow from check-in to check-out. The accommodations were comfortable and nicely set up, with everything we needed for our stay. The location was a big highlight—perfect for easy beach access and close to plenty of activities.
