"Nothing is working in room not even AC in this hot wheather have to shift room in midnight no room service no phones working in the room after change room whole eclecticity is not working we went to sauna and nothing working there except pool try to talk with them with manager everytime they sorry please avoid this place"

"Everything was amazing at the hotel, the rooms, staff, breakfast, The One room, subbed, pool etc but the beach outside Amare is currently shut. When asked we were initially told it was Jellyfish. We then found out it is a sewage leak in the sea & the Government have closed the beach. We walked to a nearby beach for a swim & it was lovely. The staff are not informing guests on check-in that it is closed and it is easy to miss the signs as there is not one right outside & we saw many people...
