We had a birthday cake made by the chef for our daughter's birthday, very good price, too. The food ar each mealtime was great, and different every day. The management and staff in the restaurant, bar and throughout the hotel could not have been more helpful and attentive. It would be impossible to name them all! The hotel is conveniently located to Polignano a Mare and for exploring Puglia area. We had a late flight on the day we departed and the hotel kindly gave us a late checkout which we really appreciated. It was such a wonderful stay and we look forward to returning soon. "
