"ピラミッドのチケットオフィスから通りを挟んだ向かいにあり、24時間開いているルーフトップからはナイトショーもよく見えます。 朝食のビュッフェの内容は毎日同じですが、スタッフは笑顔でフレンドリーに接してくれて、毎朝揚げたてのファラヘルを運んでくれました。 チェックインの際にフロントスタッフがギザで過ごす時の注意事項を伝えてくれて、日帰り国内移動の際の空港送迎もその場で快く受け付けてくれました。(往復1200エジプトポンドくらいだったと思います。) Uberでホテルに配車した際にナンバープレートのアラビア数字が読めないことを伝えると、フロントスタッフがわたしが正しい車に乗車するまで付き添ってくれました。 外出から戻るとスタッフはいつも笑顔で挨拶してくれて、何か困ったことはないか？問題ないか？と声をかけてくれます。 施設は新しいとは言い難いですが、丁寧に清掃されており、スタッフのサービスも含めると価格以上の価値があります。 とてもおすすめのホテルです。"

"It's great and the restaurant is better than the Pyramids as you can sit there all day and their there in front of you. You don't need to move just look. It's great foods good service is good and it's clean. PS you can book all the camel car and tour stuff there too . No crap good value. If your not into getting cooked it's all there in front of you at your pace. G"

"Der var en riktigt fin upplevelse med trevlig och tillmötesgående personal som är serviceinriktad. Rent och fint hotell, bra med städning. Mitt flyg landade tidigt i Kairo på natten kl 02 och jag skulle egentligen få inträde till hotellrummet kl 12 men personalen var hjälpsamma och ordnade med ett rum när jag kom fram kl 04 till hotellet så jag kunde vila och sova efter den långa resan. Rekommenderas varmt!"
