This is a rough, rural hostel, not a 5 star hotel as advertised. The breakfast is good. If you are looking for hostel type stay, it's ok. Very few amenities!

Beautiful location, all the hotel rooms overlook the pyramids and its services are very, very excellent. The hotel staff are friendly and extremely helpful. Also, the restaurant on the eighth floor overlooks the pyramids, including the most delicious breakfast, excellent juices, and coffee with excellent service.

From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at home, thanks to the wonderful hospitality of **Ibrahim**, the host. His warmth, friendliness, and genuine care for his guests made all the difference in my experience. The location is perfect, with a stunning view of the **Pyramids of Giza** just a short distance away – waking up to that sight every morning was truly magical! The inn itself is cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated, creating a serene atmosphere that allowed me to fully relax and enjoy my time in Cairo. Ibrahim was incredibly accommodating, providing helpful tips on local attractions, arranging transportation, and making sure I had everything I needed. I did not feel safe at this hotel at all, one guy took my package away without telling me. The lock of my room door is broken, it cannot be locked as usual except using the only key locking the door from inside, then your room has no electricity during using the only key to locked the door. Everything looks different from the pictures, loud noice, construction at 8pm, WiFi weak, in one morning no breakfast, no one did anything, the worst was they did not organize car/driver to bring us to the airport, I had to pay it by myself, even I booked airport transportation included, it’s a scam.

Ich wurde bei der Anreise willkommen geheissen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bei einem Problem wird geholfen und eine Lösung gesucht. Das Frühstück war sehr gut - ich habe diesen weissen Käse am liebsten gehabt und man hat von der Dachterasse einen wunderbaren Ausblick auf die Pyramiden.

Fantastiskt bemötande!

Var på en trevlig vistelse med min bror och vi valde det hotell som är bara 15-20 min att åka. Vi fick hjälp från alla personal. Alla som jobbar på hotellet var väldigt hjälpsamma människor. Vi fick tips om att köpa lokal sim kortet...två av personal var med oss överallt för att hjälpa oss köpa presenter och besöka museum och pyramid. Vi är så glada....
