This hotel seem to be a friendly family run place and the staff was very kind especially Rana on reception. The view from the 5th floor to the pyramids is stunning you could not ask for more. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

Great property for the area. Slight confusion over proper room for first 2 days. Good staff, had some that would escort you to store if requested. Overall pretty clean. Restaurant was pretty decent as well with great views.

Staff were super friendly and nice , I am going to miss them , the hospitality was excellent،, I love the rooftop u can see pyramids when you eat breakfast, the only things Doesn’t have a walking area around the hotel , as soon as I arrived the hotel I reception area , saif he booked us all tour that we need , and with his great personality , we had a great trip . I give this hotel especially their employs 5 star 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The place was very convenient to see the pyramids and arraignment to the pyramids ride and tour , they will arrange everything at the lowest price , breakfast was great and super polite and kind ppl , not the best hotel in Egypt but one of the best to the pyramids and low price , comfortable and safe 👍

The room was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly. I booked a double with a balcony. Got a single, had to request the change. Got a double but no balcony. Noisy area. Rooftop very nice.

The hotel is much more beautiful in photos. There are major internet problems and I had to ask for assistance 5 times before they were willing to change my room for a better connection. And then I had bedbugs. Run away !

The hotel site stated that check in was at 1:00. The staff said we couldn’t go to our room until after 2:30. The website stated shuttle to/from airport was available. We had to pay $60.00 down from the $120.00 quote that was given.
