"Katy the owner was so friendly as well her dog Butler. Beautiful river which is easy access from the cabins. Our stay was short due to other committments during the day but by night it was so peaceful. We bonded because of no wi-fi which was great not having kids or us on technology. Different experience for us from our normal hotel/motel stay but we loved it. "

"Our stay was pleasant. We stayed there as we had a private function to attend in Beaudesert...easy drive. Great dinner at tavern nearby and lovely breakfast & good coffee at local cafe. Staff couldn't be more helpful. Would happily stay again."

"A very special country retreat. Craig and Paul made us feel so welcome. The house and room very comfortable, and the food delicious. The grounds were spot on and the veiws from the verandah and pool were spectacular. "

Having the use of the hot tub, pool and sauna made our experience even better it’s an all in one getaway for some R&R. Our breakfast was very generous and simply delicious too. "Overall the stay was great. Very comfortable, even with the furnishings with the room. Good points, shower had power, especially good after long days traveling. Comfy bedding with extra pillows. Only negative - room booked for 3 Adults (Bed and sofa bed - had to pull out and set up the sofa bed) Not enough towels for three either. "
