"Very basic rooms which were not the cleanest. Bed was very uncomfortable and the room temperature fluctuated a lot. Shared common areas were however well kept and clean."

"A pretty great stay at Brisbane Quarters. The hostel is centrally located, a brief uphill walk from Central Station. The bed was comfy, the facilities were clean, and the complimentary breakfast was a real win — toast, yoghurt and a selection of cereals, along with tea and coffee. I would happily return in the future."

"I really enjoyed my stay at the Espy! I’d just finished up a long study abroad program that was mainly camping so I had a ton of gear to carry around with me. Luckily they let me drop my bags off before check-in and keep them there after check-out before I left to the airport. I got a private room and it was probably the best deal in cairns! It’s pretty simple, but has everything you need for a short stay. One tiny thing I couldn’t figure out was the bathroom light that never turned on for me,...
