"Hotel was very nice and located very close to castle and city centre. Room was big enough. The area around the hotel wasn't very nice and I didn’t felt 100% safe when walking around. Parking is also very expensive, we decided to leave the car somewhere else. Parking should be cheaper for guests."

"I am a little biased because the Hilton look after me as a regular visitor. They always go above and beyond to make sure my stay is comfortable. The room is always comfortable and clean. Breakfast is always perfect (the coffee machine even behaved for my last visit). Rachel, is not only great at her job, but she is such an amazing soul. I also really appreciate the security on the door, who make it a safe environment for everyone and he's always so friendly. "
