"This property was under construction! We felt like we were in a 3rd world country! The walls were bare, the carpet in the room was very bad."

"The bedside light was missing the lightbulb. There were some stains on the curtain separating the bathroom area and the sleeping area. It didn’t feel super family oriented which was what we would have preferred, but the stay was okay. Also, the room was pretty muggy on arrival and took a while to cool down."

"Good location near shopping and restaurants common areas are well maintained and the free laundry was really nice. The room was poorly maintained, couch was terribly dirty and smelled, mattress was falling apart. Room reeked of room deodorizer when we first arrived, after that began to wear off, every day around 3pm, the room was flooded with fumes through a grill in the ceiling, and we were on the third floor."

"My stay at this property was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room I was given was uninhabitable. There was a strong musty and smoky odor and the door latch was broken. The toilet was completely backed up and unusable, and there were multiple bugs in the room.. including a centipede crawling up the wall behind the bed as I was leaving. These are not minor issues; they made the room unsafe, unsanitary, and impossible to stay in. When I questioned why I was being charged at...

"Because the CWS was in town, our room rate was twice the normal rate. Supply vs demand, I guess but irritating. They have only one elevator when there should be two. The room was fully functional but no extra appeal. My breakfast was okay, but my wife was not pleased."
