We live in Omaha so and after aprivate event earlier we were excited to spend a night away from home. We chose you because the suite included a bathtub.
I was to take a bath and found the bathtub to have grime rings (and left over adhesives throughout.) I know these can be difficult but I also know they can be removed. The bathrings spoiled the our one night out as cleanliness to accomplish a main goal could not be enjoyed. A tub in the room was why decided to give this location a try.
Further, when I came out of the bathroom to tell my husband I could not take a bath afterall ~ he continued the conversation by asking me if Id seen the longhair stuck to the wall? Ill be sending pictures of these two cleaning issues in a personal communocation directly. It definitely was not ours as it was much longer and darker then ours.
We were very tired after a long day and it was getting late and the effort to move to another was overwhelming, so rather than soak in a hot tub I simply passed on it and went to bed waitingtil Im homhomo shower or bath.
Since Im here (if it was the only thing I would not bother to mention) ~ there are a couple of cobwebs or dustballs hanging directly over the bed (from the ceiling.)
Earlier in the night we found the desk charging unit not working as it should. Your desk clerk was very prompt to resolve the issue .
Almost $300 to stay in a room and be so disappointed .... well, it is not nice.
I hope they will extend themselves about this.
