"Unfortunately, my experience was frustrating from the moment I arrived. The hotel is very difficult to find, especially if you are driving.
There are two separate entrances on different streets. One entrance is for pedestrians and is located near downtown, while the parking entrance is on the back side of the property along a large boulevard. The problem is that the address provided leads you to the walking entrance, not the parking entrance.

This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I honestly don’t understand how this property is advertised as a 5-star resort.
The rooms were old, dirty, and poorly maintained. Our room door would not close properly, leaving a large gap, and we had to place our suitcase against the door every night just to feel safe. The furniture and facilities throughout the resort looked worn out and neglected.
