Beautiful but beware if you are celiac/gluten free
The good: beautiful hotel, accommodating staff, TnT restaurant and Yaya restaurant were both very good. The bad: Comal restaurant was disappointing. My wife has celiac and cannot eat gluten. During our three night stay at Chileno Bay, we ate at Comal twice (a dinner and a breakfast) and she food was cross-contaminated with gluten on these two occassions. Disappointing as we were only there three nights and she was sick our entire stay. Not so great when paying the price we paid.

The liquor prices were unfortunate and downright silly...325.00 USD for Tito's vodka when you can buy it in the supermarket for 37.00 USD....Auberge is being silly and or stupid treating people like that...The rest of wines and alcohol are equally silly....Also they tag guests for additional 700.00 for service charge when you check in....that should be disclosed upon pricing the resort....Will not go back nd the food was nothing inspirational and awfully salty.....Great people work there but I think management has let them down....

Beautiful resort and large rooms. Great service. The restaurants TNT and Comal were both disappointing and we would not eat there again, though in a stunning location and Comal is especially well decorated. I felt like the boutique was expensive and they could have more gift options at a lower price point. Would have liked to see more Mexican artwork/ small crafts for purchase.

Chileno Bay
What a lovely place! We feel that we were there off season since it didn't seem to get busy until the end of our trip and we had much of the place to ourselves for the most part! The room was comfy, fabulous balcony with ocean view and we did see whales from there. The pool was perfectly warmed, beach nearby with cabanas and great snorkeling and kayaking available! The food was delicious at all dining locations and the customer service was above and beyond! Can't wait to return!

Best service of any resort I’ve stayed. The staff couldn’t be better or more helpful. The resort thought of most everything to accommodate its guests. The property, restaurant, and facilities are excellent.

There's nothing you will not like at this hotel. Outstanding service, food, attention to every detail. Location!! Nothing is a problem to get & all your needs are always taken care of with a smile. Even when I had to call the Dr. for my daughter I have never experienced the high standard in care, Dr Adrain was remarkable & kept in contact with us checking on her progress until we left the hotel. Activities I booked were more than expected in food, hospitality, cleanliness & we had so much fun. Brilliant holiday!! Thank you all at Clienon Resort for making wonderful memories & contacts I cant wait to go back. Oh & Fernando at the spa has magic hands, my facial & message was the best!! I already miss everything about Cabo.

Amazing!!!!
We just got back from Chileno Bay Resort and our experience was amazing. The hotel is beautiful, the design of the rooms, the pool, the restaurant is elegant and chic but at the same time it has a very relaxing feeling. My favorite feature was the outdoor shower, it is so relaxing!! The view from the restaurant is spectacular, you can see the ocean and the clifs. We spent a lot of time at the resort beach, the cabanas are very nice and the service from the guys is amazing, always so attentive...they also have cayaks, paddle bording, snorkling..chileno beach is so nice you definitely need to spend time at the beach. The food at the resort is very expensive but it is good!! We loved our stay and cant wait to go back. Highly recommend!

The resort is a top notch 5 start luxurious experience. Amenities and structure aside, the staff really makes this entire resort what it is. They great you by last name throughout your entire experience, make everything so easy and relaxing. They go above and beyond to make sure your stay in enjoyable. It is on the pricey side but its an experience you wont' forget. Rooms, facilities, pool, snorkeling, and food is all amazing. No complaints whatsoever. Had to think hard about finding a complain and I can't think of anything. If there is anything I would recommend is allowing access to the steam room early on. I like going early in the morning but the steam room is connected to the spa which opens at 10am so I didn't steam. This is nit picking of course but if I had a recommendation it would be to allow earlier access to the room. Nevertheless this does not impact how amazing the resort is.

Stunning hotel!!
The hotel was absolutely stunning!! The grounds were beautiful and every detail in the restaurant, rooms and pool was perfect. The service was excellent and they went above and beyond with any requests. The breakfast and dinner at Comal was delicious and the lunch options by the pool were our favorites! Their signature cocktail is a must! We unfortunately did not get to play golf because of Covid restrictions, but the course looked to be in great shape!

Where do I begin? This is resort is flat out paradise. From the moment we walked onto the property my wife and I were greeting by name and escorted to our room where they had fresh guacamole and 2 fresh made drinks ready for us. The staff was incredible (Joel, Karin, Dulce, Rodrigo) thank you so much for all your amazing hospitality. The photos don't do justice, this place far exceeded our expectations, we will probably stay here every time we come back to Cabo.
