"Room mattress was as hard as a rock, ask to change never happened, sodas , beer , in cans can be colder, service excellent, best food is at the main pool, caution, no safety cal osha here, some safety fences guard rails metal & wood rotten don’t lean on , some drain covers rotten leg ,foot could fall in, bare wires electrical boxes hanging out , found a few, poor lighting at night be careful walking around, watch out for speeding shuttle golf carts , great food good service I will be back, very over priced steak house Quivira at the golf course, food just ok , not worth the price stay at the resort, also all inclusive not 100% there you pay half out of pocket there"

"The hotel was beautiful and the amenities were well-kept up. The staff made the resort much more hospitable. It was the off season so very quiet, but peaceful. There were some time share vibes at times, and I think I have a few suggestions, like letting Ubers come up the big hill, or offer golf carts down to the drop off. The people running the pool games were fun. And breakfast was tasty. The room was updated recently so fresh, clean, and very nice with a spacious balcony."
