"Property and location good, staff were polite and friendly, a couple of things I think could be improved on lighting in the room very poor only one small ceiling light with one switch by the door and the bed, maybe we we’re unlucky but our bed was rock hard and creaked like an old car whenever you moved."

"In general terms the pousada is good. Our bedroom was in a 3rd floor and no elevator so the luggage was a thing. The bedroom was a bit outdated, no place to put luggage and open them more than over the bed. Bathroom was fine, a bit tinny and toiletries were missed some days after cleaning and we had to go and ask for them. "The check in and check out process was good. The problem I have is with the false advertising. There is zero amenities. There was no statement telling me that I needed my own sheets, blanket and pillowcase. Also you don't find out your checkout time untill after you payment which is non refundable. Checkout time was 8am. "

"Funcionários são super educados. Quarto super limpo, zero reclamações. Conforto do quanrto bem comum, não tem nada de espacial, porta fazia muito barulho ao abrir, chuveiro bem antigo e quebrado. Wi-fi tem tecnologia 6, muito bom por sinal. Localização da pousada é ótimo, perto de tudo. Ponto negativo, não tem estacionamento."
