"Service was great. They were very response and addressed our concerns. But the property is more 3 stars than 4. We had two small beds together in one room. My wife’s bed was slipping from the end so 20-30 pct was unusable and mattress should be replaced. Bathroom also had duct tape on the ceiling and the shower is barely 2 feet wide. I couldn’t shower without hitting my hand somewhere. Location is great but I wouldn’t stay here again. Would look for an actual 4 star hotel."

"It did take a little while to get a reply to original communication via Expedia after booking - ie 24 hrs or so, however when we arrived we had a fabulous stay. Lovely building with a boutique feeling, wonderful helpful friendly staff, incredible breakfast - the best I’ve experienced anywhere abroad. Did I mention the breakfast?!
