I loved that the town centre was only a few streets away. We stayed at another hotel after Avlon Gardens with a higher star rating and Avlon put it to shame. At the same time as I was checking in late, I saw Front Desk helping out another hotel customer who was a late check in due unexpected flight delay - they went out of their way to be helpful and supportive of the late arrival, and should be commended for that support"
