"Do not book the Studio room! Upgrade to the Villa or don’t stay here. The Studio rooms are barely bigger than a prison cell and are nowhere near 5 star hotel quality. The property is neat and the staff are so nice. Just don’t book the Studio rooms. "

"It is a beautiful location. Stunning pool and surrounds - unfortunately the condition of the timber walkways is a real concern. Crystalbrook Byron has to spend a lot of time and money to replace and make good these walkways, to lift their profile and compete in this retreat space."

"The property was amazing and in a great location straight across from the beach. The property was clean and well designed. Close to local restaurants. Pool facilities were great kids loved the spa. Only issue was there was a mix up with room keys being lost and never found thru our stay by previews rental people."

"My friend and I really enjoyed our stay at Aloha. Check in was a breeze, the staff were lovely and the rooms were well decorated. We loved the room had both aircon and a ceiling fan and came with additional extras such as a nice beach bag and beach towels. The shared kitchen was an absolute treat too as we didn’t realise we would have access to free breakfast and bottled water! It’s in a great location with a short walk to the beach and town. "Apartment itself was perfect. Had everything we needed, very spacious and clean. Washer, dryer, clothes airer were very handy for beach days. The most beautiful beach and running track are a short walk down the hill. Only little issue was the pool was quite dirty, but we still jumped in for a bit. Thank you for the wonderful stay!"
