"We had a fabulous stay at Elements of Byron. We stayed three nights from Wednesday onwards and they had only just opened on Monday. There were a few little anomalies with the breakfast service but nothing that you wouldn't expect seeing they had just opened. The staff were lovely, attentive and personable. Our room was delightful, brand new, all the amenities and more and a lovely relaxing spot. Have already recommended it to others and will be back again soon ourselves."

"Poolside room with pretty terrace. Lovely outlook. Heated pool with nice warm spa. Great room and pool side service. Loud music from bar next door a little annoying first thing in the morning but wouldn’t stop us coming again. Loved it here."

"Had a really enjoyable stay at Ingenia Holidays Byron Bay. The holiday park has a great modern feel and is well located. The cabin was clean, stylish, and very comfortable with great amenities, perfect to unwind after a busy day. Staff were very friendly, efficient and helpful, which made the experience even better. Would definitely stay again."

"We have stayed at this property before and enjoyed a 10/10 experience. Not so on this occasion. Mainly due to my choice of the room, but in part also the 2 noisy groups of arrogant guests above this room during our stay. Constant thumping as they stomped around and irritating chalkboard like scratching echoed as furniture was dragged around. The second group in the room were still active when we departed the property at 3.30am to catch an early flight to our next destination. Little rest was had that night. The room is basically an economy, sub ground floor dwelling and advice is provided by the property of this fact. Perhaps due to this sub floor structure and location noise is enhanced. Unfortunately due to its location, privacy is nonexistent unless curtains are drawn front and rear. Ok if your intention is to day trip and sleep only, but the weather was unfavourable for a couple of days during our visit and we were happy to read a book. Upon first entering the room there was a sickly smell that took a couple of days airing to clear. It would appear that prior occupants incident required clothes washing, as after washing some clothing that sickly smell went through our garments. A washing machine drum clean cycle was performed but we rewashed the clothes elsewhere. The room itself was relatively comfortable and basic, but not to the same degree of quality as the lovely room provided prior. Location is ideal & staff are great but I would not recommend this economy room."

"We loved our stay at the tiny house! it was clean and cosey, I thought it was a lovely welcoming touch to have the radio on as we entered the house. Because of the bad weather (always happens to us, when we go away it rains) we were glad of the covered deck outside. We had a cheeky possum visit on the Friday night, we loved that, the lush rain forest foliage made us think we were alone and couldn't really see neighbours. The only thing I would have appreciated was to have previous knowledge of which type of tiny house we were in, so we can plan our food with what facilities there were, some on the website seem to be different."
