Anniversary getaway
The accommodation was fantastic. Very comfortable and convenient. It was walking distance to the main area of Byron. The owner was very kind and ensured our stay was pleasurable The bbq area near the pool was so convenient if you decide to eat in and relax by the pool

We only stayed a single night here, and it was quite nice. A little way out of the main area, but easily walkable. Byron was super busy, so was actually nice to be a little out of the main area. Didn't stay long enough to get a real feel, but would stay again

Great relaxing mini break
Aabi's was fab, a great little haven a little away from the main strip which means it is quieter, but in easy walking distance to get to the restaurants and bars. I would recommend and definitely stay again

Beautiful stay close to heart of Byron
Loved my stay at Aabi’s! Very relaxing, 5 minutes walk into town and 10 minutes to the beach. I stayed there while doing my scuba diving certificate, so the spa and comfortable bed were just what I needed! I’ll definitely be back!

Great little gem! Perfect for Byron costal getaway
A truly great little place to spend while in central Byron bay! Within walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants... and very close to the beach! Staff treated us like family, and we could not fault the cleanliness and presentation of the amenities!

Wonderful oasis close to the centre of Byron Bay
Very beautiful and tranquil "oasis" with only a handful of guest rooms. Clean, spacious apartment and excellent communal facilities such as pool, spa, sun deck and 2 kitchens. Parking is provided. Very quiet location - but it's still only a pleasant 15-minute stroll into the Centre of Byron Bay. The hosts were very warm and welcoming, and they even provided some extra chocolate eggs and hot cross buns for guests on Easter Sunday!

Loved our stay at Aabi’s! Beautiful pool with waterfall sounds to wake up to, without the stress of screaming children (adults only). King bed was extremely comfy! The airconditioner was quick to work, which was great as they all have an environmental setting on them, to switch off after an hour. The staff for very welcoming and went out of their way to help us, gave us a shower and lounge to use after check out, before out airport transfer. Will be back for sure!! Thank you!!!

Excellent accommodation!
Aabi's is perfect for a stay in Byron - close to town so no need to take your car, and now that Byron Bay has parking meters in every single street, that is a good thing! Great staff, immaculate rooms and pool area. Very modern and clean. Could not fault Aabi's and would definitely choose to stay here if we went to Byron again.

A lovely Byron getaway

Quiet in a noisy place
Byron is an increasingly crowded town and this friendly little joint is just far away from the crowd to be restful, as well as close enough to let you engage with the throng. It's on a low ridge semi-overlooking one of the nicest residential parts of town so it feels a bit connected to people who actually live there rather than sorta squatting. Really good for a short stay!

A real gem in Byron Bay
This hotel has been one the best I have ever stayed in! The whole fit and finish are among the best I have seen. The owner was very friendly and helpful. I looks part of the neighbourhood rather than a hotel. It is a very peaceful place with a nice outdoor seating area as well as the patio/BBQ area. The pool was very attractive but a bit too cool for the time we were there. I would definitely stay there again next time I am in Byron Bay. A true gem!

Good for the Night
My wife and i only spent one night here for a recent business trip and checked in relatively late about 8.30pm. Check in was easy. We were escorted to our room and given a bit of a tour by the on duty manager. The place looked very new and very well maintained. I didn't actually read the fine print when i booked and didn't realise it was a "kid free" hotel. Needless to say the place was very quiet. Room was comfy and rather large for the two of us. For the one night we were there we had no complaints. We would go back again provided we don't need to take our children with us.

Boring.
Its a pretty souless place, I only saw one other person during my two night stay, and that was a guest in the hallway. Not even a mini bar to drown my sorrows... And don't get me started on the on tunnel that is the entranceway between the two buildings. Maybe this motel is better in summer when the pool is a useful feature. I'm being a bit harsh, as a drop in motel for a last minute booking it was all fine. I just like a bit of soul.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We pride ourselves on providing unique, adults only accommodation where guests come to enjoy peace, quiet and privacy during their stay. Management are on site at all times along with reception and cleaning staff through the day. The office and mobile telephone numbers are advertised in every room if you need anything 24/7. Our aim is for you to enjoy your exclusive precious moments away with your partner in privacy. The palm and lantern lined 'tunnel' is a popular photo spot for many of our guests particular when they are dressed up for weddings, its beautifully lit in the evenings and opens up not our balinese style pool area. Its a shame it was windy during your stay however this is not unusual for Byron Bay at this time of year. When you choose to travel in winter, one must expect a lower occupancy, and when there's only 10 rooms in total, yes it would feel quiet and private. An advantage of this is you can jump in the hot tub in privacy, this is another reason we have guests returning with this being their preferred time of year. Whilst we have never advertised that we have mini bars in the rooms, we do provide a fridge in every room and the bottle shop is only 320metres away. There are 10+ bars all within a 900m radius with the closest one being 240m around the corner. Byron Bay is never short of entertainment. Whilst its a shame to hear your experience was not in line with all the other 5 out of 5 reviews, and we are very disappointed that you did not enjoy your time, from what you are describing we do not feel that an exclusive to adults, couples style resort in the middle of winter, is the right place to accommodate your needs. There are plenty of very good hostels deep in the hustle and bustle of town with like minded people to connect with during your next getaway.

Don't no stay at this hotel ever
My wife and I where going to stayed the night on valitines day we went out for a nice dinner with two of close friend after dinner we said come back for a few drinks it was only 9pm by this point the owner of the hotel was looking at us when we walked in though he's window that he lives in at the front of the hotel with in 10 mins of being in the hotel the owner just opened the door on the room we where staying and said you all have to live right now I replayed we just had a nice dinner do you mind if we have a few drink after dinner NOOOO HES SAIDDDDD GET OUTT NOWW so we said ok and all left on the way out he's saying you two can stay we said no thank you we will go also as you just open doors and he also would let us close the door to get what he needed I have stay over 80 places in Byron bay and have never ever come across a owner as bad as this guys NEVER STAY HERE ✌️
