Große Auswahl und großzügige Portionen, die liebevoll angerichtet sind. Es schmeckte alles hervorragend. Top Qualität. Herausragend für Veganer. Einfach nur toll. "

"Convenient and plenty of off road parking. Slight hick- up initially as unable to enter front door. Phoned 2 numbers which were suppied on door but no answer. Eventually realised we had missed the star character off the number. Lovely room with plenty of tea and coffee. Slight issue with hot water as unable to get it very hot, lukewarm only so shower a bit tricky and couldn't find a non slip bath mat. Really enjoyed our stay though, overall great value for money"

"The room was very shabby. The bathroom floor was peeling up and the shower was mouldy. There was water damage on the ceiling and chips on all the furniture. Some of the rooms have been refurbished but this one is still waiting to be done."

"Small but comfortable and clean room. As it is historic and old building atmoaphere was incredible, but it wont have the new big windows in the room etc. But beautiful, comfortable stay"

"A lovely clean room.....staff were very friendly and helpful...breakfast was fresh and good. Bar was busy with very friendly customers. We traveled down from Scarborough for football v Buxton...after the game the bar was very busy but the home supporters made us very welcom."

"Place smelled horrible. Bedsheets were stained. Mold all over the shared bathroom. I found a pair of used underwear beneath my mattress. The place had not been vacuumed in ages. Very shocked Expedia would allow a place like this to remain on their website. "

"The staff and the breakfast were amazing however the rooms have no shampoo (body wash is not going to do it for me), no lotion, no tissues and no phone. No phone makes it extremely difficult for overseas visitors to contact reception. Even the charming lady on reception who confirmed that these amenities were not offered in the hotel states that they were a budget hotel ‘but maybe not - we are quite expensive’. "
