Thank you for leaving a review and I'm sorry we have had some shortfalls in meeting expectations on this occasion. Please do contact us directly to let us know what room you stayed in, as we are not aware of any curtains that do not close properly. We have inspected all the rooms and still cannot find anything. Our apologies for the bread - this is made fresh in our kitchen so we are really unsure how you found mould on our bread. I'm pleased it was replaced without question It is common place in hotels to not have newspapers included in a room rate - the hotel wouldn't unfortunately know what papers to provide for guests, and so these are ordered on an ad hoc basis. We do indeed collect these from the local newsagents but this was forgotten on this occasion. Your comments will be passed on to Ryan. I'm sorry you will not be recommending us. It seems the points are small, but we do want to get things perfect here Best wishes

Dear Guest We're sorry you didn't enjoy your stay in our Mews Rooms. The iron staircase is secure and most staircases of this ilk will 'wobble' slightly when climbing them Our towels are freshly laundered every day so your findings are most strange - we apologise I do hope you'll visit again and we can establish your confidence Best wishes
