"Room was clean and functional. Air con very welcome. Check in and out quick and staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice, lots of variety. My only complaint is that on the second morning (20/07) it was very busy and it took a long time for tables to be cleaned so not many places to sit."

"Breakfast was very good. The site has 8 EV chargers on-site, 4x 50kW and 4x 22.1kW. Overall our stay was very pleasant, and I would definitely stay there again. Large swimming pool, sauna (not working during our stay), steam room, and jacuzzi. Very popular with golfers. However, the hotel could do with some refurbishment as some areas are starting to get somewhat shabby."

"I didn't feel that the breakfast justified the £13 price, so I probably wouldn't choose that again. The restaurant prices were about what I'd expect for a decent pub meal, and the pie was absolutely delicious – easily the highlight of the food for me. One downside was that the bar and seating area, which was the only comfortable place to sit and do some work on my laptop, closed at 9:30 pm. After that, there was nowhere suitable to work or socialise other than outside, the reception area, or returning to the room. The reception area wasn't really practical for working, and the room itself only had a small table, making it less suitable as a workspace. As a result, once the bar closed, you were effectively confined to your room for the rest of the evening. Would I stay there again? Possibly, if there were no better alternatives available, but it wouldn't be my first choice."
