"There is no “front desk” just the property manager and they do not answer any calls from you or hotels.com. I had to call them constantly for twenty minutes just to get into the house because they didn’t send any email with information on how to do that. There was no hot water for showers and the bathroom upstairs leaked into the bottom room which my group stayed in. Free secure parking onsite House was clean and well equipped with plenty of soaps and towels etc provided. "Great property although an odd set out and you cannot park outside. You have to park at the back of the house where there is no access to the house and then have to walk all the way around.
