"A nice place to stay and close to all the wineries"

"Mostly good, but.... the lighting in the room (#110) was inadequate. Energy-efficient bulbs do not have to be dim; they should be replaced with bulbs that provide more light. The breakfast selections may have been great 40 or 50 years ago, but for travelers today who are vegan or gluten-free (such as my wife & myself), the offerings provided were substandard at best. The area of the main entrance was well-maintained, but the faded artificial hanging plants just looked trashy. Accommodations...

"Pool was very nice. No elevator if on second floor and rooms did not mask sound well so late and early it was hard to sleep. Hotel was clean, central to town and very friendly staff!"

"The stay was great the room was nice. Kickback and breakfast was amazing. The only complaint we had was not getting to use the hot tub bc it was packed with about 20 KIDS. They were in and out splashing and jumping which was very frustrating. We were hoping to relax for a night and couldn’t even fit in the hot tub with children 11 and under packed in. No fault to the hotel but maybe offer an hour of only adult time, which would be nice."

"The in room hot tub was fabulous! The rooms were clean and the beds were nice. The breakfast was standard. The indoor heated pool was too cold. I never got all the way in. Everyone I talked to said it was cold as well."

"There were 2 people in front of us to check in at 3 and no one at the desk. I found someone cleaning a room to ask for help. The sheers in our room were ripped. The furniture (around the fridge looked chewed and no maintenance of the grounds."

"We booked three rooms. This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed in! My daughter and husband's room along with our two young grandchildren room had mold in the bathroom, fire alarm dangling from the ceiling, and furniture damaged. There was blood on the sheets and the comforter. When contacting the person in charge, they said they would be coming to the room. They also needed more towels so went to the desk. They were given sheets to put on themselves. The mattress and mattress cover...

"Room was dirty. I was overcharged at check in. I was put in a room I did not reserve. I also. Was over charged for security deposit and was given 5 dollars less than what I was supposed to. I had a visit for 15 mins and was charged 10$ staff was rude"

"Maid service only provided on 3rd day of stay and this was not readily made known to guests. Bathtub had mold under a shelf between the tub and the fiberglass wall. Woman on the staff handling breakfast was very friendly and helpful."

"Everytime I stayed somewhere breakfast was included. Well, not here. While eating my breakfast, the lady handed me a bill for $20 for my daughter and I to eat our food. Also, the pantry prices are highway robbery. I would, and will not stay there ever again."
