"We did not have access to pool or hot tub due to water pipe burst. The elevator would not work on first floor trying to go upstairs. Had to go to desk twice and wait for person to go down hall and ride elevator down. The breakfast was great but one waitress for the whole dining room. Took awhile. It is a very good hotel if everything worked."
