"We were nervous about bugs (warned from previous reviews) but had no sign of any! Rooms were clean but not perfect (dusty/ sticky lamp? lol). Very quiet area and nice, helpful staff."

"The room was quiet and clean. Breakfast was good but very busy with a team of young men that were emptying the buffet faster than the attendant could stock it up. There was only one staff member taking care of the buffet. I felt bad for her and wished she had someone to help her. It’s too bad the attendant can’t call someone to help when it gets too busy."

"If youre looking for a nice, quiet hotel off the grid with a fancy hotel feel, this is the place. Very nice bar/restaurant, amazing swimming pool, very close to Aurora Farms shopping outlet & the staff was amazing. 10/10"

"My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn Cleveland, Mayfield. The staff was helpful when I reported an issue with a ceiling patch that looked like it might fall that was located over the bath tub. They took care of it that same day! The receptionist at the front desk asked if it was ok to send the maintenance crew in and I gave the ok! The restaurant, Alfredo's At The Inn Serves great food and the bar is awsome!"
