"No hangers in the room, shower didn’t work properly at all, no icemakers worked, had to walk up to a separate building for breakfast, tables weren’t wiped down in between customers, we asked for a first floor room and ended up in a different building at the bottom of the hill. Not handicap friendly at all. The room smelled like weed."

"Hotel was clean. Staff was nice. We have stayed at multiple hotels in the area and this one is much quieter than a few others. "

"We chose a bay view room and the window was very dirty and also the pillows were very uncomfortable. Had a drs appointment first thing in the morning went to use the shower and could not figure out how to get the shower to work and shower head was very dirty."

"The breakfast was sub par. Coffee was make your own from a pod, only 4 ounce cups. Pancake machine was not working. Cold boiled eggs, bagels and toast, some cereal Room was fairly clean but halls and stairs were horrible and were not swept any at all the 4 days we were there."

"Going in the Winter was nice, the property is beautifully set up with Lake Michigan sitting behind. The concierge, the Front Desk to even the other staff working there were very respectful, nice and always made sure to go one step above! My family especially loved the Tea and Cookies moment they offer, followed by the breakfast was amazing with their wide variety to choose from inside their Breakfast spot they have inside the Inn! We will for sure be back!"
