"The room was immaculate upon our arrival and the breakfast was a typical normal continental breakfast. The view was exceptional and the location for our cruise terminal was superb. All in all - it was a wonderful place to stay. I only wish we could have stayed longer or arrived earlier to investigate the area."

Countless issues that shouldn’t happening in a 4 star hotel. - breakfast poor, bad hygiene, had to ask for tables to be cleaned (as did many other guests) Ham & cheese served with same spoon (food standards issues) - room had to repeatedly ask to be cleaned, 2nd time just dropped towels didn’t service anything or take old towels. - spa - changing rooms gross, flies in all showers, steam room not working. "this is a small boutique hotel that doesn’t really have any amenities that I’m aware of. However, because the hotel is a straightforward boutique and Restaurant, the staff really shines, and they were wonderful. We booked several rooms for a wedding party and it worked out super well. I saw only one real downside to the hotel and that is the number of steps required to get around, so if you are older or emo, this hotel could be very difficult for you as there are no lifts. "Very quaint and clean with a perfect pub attached. The staff are very helpful and pleasant. A bit out of town but still a great location near a park and the river to walk. Train station in Glen Abbey is walkable. It was a bit chilly when we arrived but the room warmed up nicely"
